I was looking for sources for my thesis, which is about the new emerging norm of the Responsibility to Protect, and I found this book very useful to my writing, and with a very good price too.
Thanks

I only read the chapter on the Latin American perspective. The analysis was insightful and critical without being accusatory, inflammatory or whiney (as most reports on the subject tend to be).
