I love this chair. I'm a big man and this chair is very comfortable for extended periods of time at the computer. I previously had a Samsonite chair that, although comfortable, wasn't very durable and broke on me on more than one occasion. This chair by Kathy Ireland is very durable and made with quality parts. The seat can be raised to a very high seating position or a low one depending on your needs. My only wish is that it could lean back just a tad more -- but I would assume most people would be perfectly fine with its range. It's worth the high price tag for me because I value not being in pain after long computer sessions.

This is not a suitable product for normal office use.
After five days use, the sleeve rode out of the pedestal's
collar, which allows the vertical shaft to tilt. Consequently,
the body of the chair will lean to one side, normally forward,
or, will lean excessively to the rear.
In older pedestal designs, ten or more years were required
for the collar to allow the chair to tilt.
The five casters are those ubiquiteous brittle plastic double
wheel mounted beneath a shield. These will crack on any but a
