The JFK 800 is really an anle crusher. We just received it today. We could not enjoy the massage due to the extreme pain by the crushing of our ankle bones. We are sending it back today. I have skinny legs and my wife has average ladies' ankles. I can imagine what it would to to large ankles.

I love this machine! It massages all the stress away after being on your feet all day. It has several settings, so you can target in on what area needs it the most. I love sticking my feet in it and having a nice cup of herbal tea while reading emails on my laptop. Dreamy!

You do have to adjust slightly your legs/ feet at the beginning (are you too far forward or too far back?), especially if you have a lot of tension in your calves. After using it a few times and your muscles relax, your legs just begin to melt into it. I have average to muscle-y calves, and had no problem with this product. My teen children and husband all use it and love it too.

product does everything that is advertised. It bruised the tops of my ankles at first, until I got used to how to place my feet in the device.

This was a gift for a nurse who is on her feet 12 hours at a time. She finds it comparable to higher priced models from Brookstone, etc... She is very satisfied with this device.
