Two enjoyable tales from Kate Hoffman. The first tale of Conner gives you the first glimpse into the childhood that made the Quinn boys the men they are. Conner plays a sexy alpha male who falls for a spicy willful female as he breaks all the rules to protect her from the criminals out to harm her and stop her from testifying against them. The second tale is the high school crush come back to chase you. Every girl's dream to have the man you were secretly "in love" with as a teenager run into you as an adult and finally realize your true charms. What starts out as a plot to get even for a high school slight turns into a steamy love affair as another Mighty Quinn falls. Both are excellent contemporary romance reads. |
