Combine the smooth voice of Danny O'Flaherty with imaginative arrangements and unique Christmas songs and you have a real winner. If you're tired of hearing the same old carols over and over and over, then this is the album for you. You'll be introduced to enchanting songs that provide a fresh view of the Christmas season. While you're getting a copy for yourself, buy some more for your friends. "An Irish Christmas Carol" is a perfect Christmas gift.

I practically grew up in O'Flaherty's pub in New Orleans since I was two up until my 14th birthday party there a week before Katrina hit. My family and I would traditionally go to the Christmas show at O'Flaherty's every year, and this CD contains some of my favorite songs that were always sung. Unlike other Chrismas albums, I enjoy this one for overlooking the whole commercial aspect of the American Christmas and really seeing what the season is all about. I love Danny's music as well, so I could not go wrong with this album.
