Warm boots, January 3, 2011
Purchased these boots for deer hunting and can say these are the warmest boots ive ever had. I wear a 14 so I purchased the 14ee to accomadate heavier socks and they fit perfectly. Sat for many hours in sub zero temps and my feet never were cold. Walked through some streams to get to my hide and spent most of a day in the rain and my feet never got wet. The soles provide good traction in the snow and the boot is fairly flexible for the amount of insulation in it. For those looking for a hunting boot consider that these boots are heavy. I use them for still hunting and switch to a 400 gram Danner for days when long walks are in order. If you have a smaller foot this may not be an issue but the 14ee has some weight to it. I would recommend these boots to anyone looking to cure cold feet.

Super warm, super comfy, December 28, 2010
I have been a faithful Sorel and North Face customer for years and have loved wearing their boots. I was in a pinch and needed new boots mid-season and found Irish Setter Snow Tracker Pac boots. I love them. I have worn them to two outdoor football games in single digit temps. My feet were actually hot. My toes never got cold. I have also had them out ice fishing and doing outdoor chores in the snow. They are the warmest boots i have ever owned. These boots have a lot more insulation in the tow and on top of my foot. They are cushy. Very comfortable to walk in as well. The height of the boots gives a little more support in the ankle that I need. They almost feel like snow boarding boots in that regard. I love them so far.
