Lots of Hammered Dulcimer, September 19, 2010

There are certainly some decent tunes here but the programming is nothing to write home about. The big problem is the hammered dulcimer. What a horrible instrument it is. Its charm lasts about 15 seconds, and then it just sounds like a bunch of doorbells and cell phones ringing. Unfortunately, this is pretty much a hammered dulcimer record.

I cannot recommend this CD; quality of recording is not good; nor is track selection.
