Great Game! No Matter What Anybody Says.,
This review is from: Iron Aces DC (Video Game)
I don't know why some people are knocking this game. It's not easy like some people say. I'd like to see them blow up a ship on a first pass. Then maybe they'd change their minds. You can set the difficulty to hard and play with a limited amount of bullets. This games graphics are very good and the control is good as well. And when you fly, you're not always killing things as some people expect. There's a thing called patrol I beleive. You have to fly out and look for things. And through playing it I've come across only three missions of patroling. This game is very fun and anybody who's a fan of war type games will love it. The historic planes in this game are also very cool. This game is a very good buy, and well worth the five stars.

A Great Game!,

The game is great! In training, you can practice dropping bombs w/ a bomber. You can do missions, too. On the first mission, you patrol the coast. On the 2nd, you start fighting. These missions sometimes get a little tedious, but they are still very fun! I recommend this game for ages 8+. Overall, a super game!!(realistic WWII combat)

This game rocks. I never could get past the 4th level, though. You can train with bombers, or you can do a mission. You mainly use fighters in that. I love the graphics. The sky and water looks really cool! Your planes are cool. I love the Spitfire. I totally reccomend this game.

I purcheased Air Force Delta before I bought this game, so I was hoping to be able to select missions to play again with different planes, so I felt a bit let down by this one. However, it is a neat game, and I do have a lot of fun with it. The planes are very realistic, and you have the option to hang around and fight a little longer even after you've completed your mission. Overall, a pretty good game.

One star is way too much for this game,

How can a game be so bad? It has all the elements of failure, annoying music and sound effects, every mission is the same thing over and over. Kill the enemy don't get shot down, wow, fun. And there are some missions where you get torpedo a ship, I know it sounds cool but believe me it's not, it's easy and it gets old fast. They even added some missions where you fly around and look for stuff, why is beyond me. The control is extremely poor and the multiplayer mode isn't much at all. The only good thing it has is it's relatively good graphics. Which aren't much. So do yourself a favor by saving your money for a worthy flight sim.
