I got this product after my doctor recommended that I use this supplement to support my weightloss efforts. It isn't a miracle drug, but I do think that it is helping. It's important to note that in order to get the amount of CLA that was used in the 2007 meta analysis which showed statistically significant weight loss (3.2 g/day) you have to take more than the bottle indicates. The directions suggest 2 to 3 softgels over the course of the day- but each softgel only has 780 mg of CLA. I take 4 per day, which is technically still short at just 3.12g/day but I eat eggs most days and they are a food source for CLA. Hope this information helps someone!

I kept finding bottles where you had to take 12 pills a day to get 3,000mg a day. One pill of these has 780mg CLA, so just 3 or 4 pills a day. So, the bottle should last for 1.5 to 2 months. Best choice by far. I've been taking this, Animal Pak and Recreate for the last few weeks and have seen a reduction in fat.

My husband and I both take CLA's. I am so happy to have found a bottle big enough that we don't finsih in a week!

conjugated linoleic acid is an essential supplement to help promote lean muscle mass. i personally like iron-tek's cla, and i take 3,000 - 4,000mg a day. i definitely notice an increase in fat loss along with a clean diet.

I ordered Iron Tek cla and it does not work at all. I have been taking Vitamin Shoppe tonalin and thought I would try this brand. More pills less money , hahaha so I thought. Taking the vitamin shoppe brand you can tell the very first day its working. I took 8 Iron Tek cla in one day nothing . Don't waste your money , don't think becuse of no tax , no shipping its worth it... ITS NOT..

I workout a lot and I wanted to up my daily dose to 3 grams but that turned out to be really expensive until I ran across Iron Tek CLA. Each jar last me quite a long time. They seem like quality supplements and simular potency when compared to other brands from GNC. I have been taking them for a couple of months and I have noticed a decrease in my midsection fat. Remember to get clinically significant benefits you need to take at least 3 grams of CLA a day. - Body mass dependent

Seems like this is working pretty well. My weight is improving and I am losing weight. of course, this is also on a good exercise and workou routine, The price is great and the gels are each 1000mg. The down side is in shipping and now storage. 1) the plastic cap was broken (the shrink wrap was intact) 2) The pills stick together but storing upside you can get them to unstick.
Bear in mind- these were shipped to Afghanistan with some rough handling.
