I've had this bike for a few years now and have had no problems at all! I did upgrade some of the parts from the beginning- replaced the brakes with Avid BB7's, swapped the rear shock with one from a Scott Spark, and the front fork with a Foxx unit, so I can't comment on how those stock bits would have held up. The frame is solid and well-made. It's heavy, but that's to be expected in this price range. The wheels have held up to some mild abuse, and the gears still shift well. My mom has an Iron Horse bike as well, and overall I'm impressed with the quality they sell for the price!
