5.0 out of 5 stars Best of Radiohead b-sides
What the review before fails to realise is that this version IS the EP with those classic songs. It has The Trickster, the best Radiohead b-side and a must for any fan. Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong - this achingly beatiful piece if my personal favourite.

Buy this now, it won't disappoint

3.0 out of 5 stars Don't Buy this version of the Iron Lung EP!!!!!
Yes, this version is several dollars cheaper than the other, but you should definately check out the other one if you really liked the bends or OK Computer. If you do purchase this one, just know that you missed out on Trickster(one of my favorite radiohead songs ever),Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong(another of their best B-sides), the just so-so Lozenge of Love, and,last...

4.0 out of 5 stars A redundant collector's item, March 12, 2004

This review is from: My Iron Lung 2 / Lewis / Permanent Daylight (Audio CD)
I gave this item 4-stars, not because there was a lacking in the quality of the songs presented on the EP, but because it is not a worthwhile purchase considering that there is another similar EP out there with 4 more tracks on it. The Australian release of the 'My Iron Lung EP' includes all of the same tracks of this one, and more, including:

The Trickster (Track 2)
Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong (Track 4)
Lozenge of Love (Track 6)
Creep (Acoustic - Track 8)

Notice how it says 'CD 2' on the cover. This is obviously not the full-length version, but only the second half of a 2-part series. The full-length version (the Australian release) is basically a combination of CD 1 and CD 2.

I'm a huge radiohead fan, so ofcourse I'm going to tell you to buy this. More importantly than that, let me tell you that, having listened to almost all things radiohead, "Lewis" is one of my top ten favorite songs. You Never Wash Up After Yourself is also haunting, although totally different. All in all, Pt. 2 seems to me to contain the better half of the songs on the complete "My Iron Lung" EP.

happy shopping!

Damn tasty!

5.0 out of 5 stars My Iron Lung and then some!!, August 20, 2003
This review is from: My Iron Lung Pt.1 (Audio CD)
This is the first single from the bends. That said lets get to the goods. First off, this is a great single but it has a sibling. I could honestly say that something is missing without its brother. One unique note about this single: it was originally released as a slim line digipack (paper cover). Since then it was re-released in the normal plastic slim line. There are also 2 versions of CD1 and CD2 together with a variation. You get Creep live and one of the b-sides is live instead of recorded in the studio. I prefer the studio releases personally.

4.0 out of 5 stars Radiohead - You just have to love 'em, October 2, 2000
This review is from: My Iron Lung Pt.1 (Audio CD)
I myself am a major, one of the biggest Radiohead fans you will find. I enjoyed this record in particular, of course I love OK Computer, who doesn't. It kinda defeats the purpose having an EP with songs on from a different album. No matter how good My Iron Lung is. But neverless this is still a great record, when they still used the same formula, and not the weird stuff they've done for Kid A. Even though that is still good, They just can't seem to make too many mistakes, can this band!
