War Machine Loads Up For Action,

"Iron Man 2" spawned a large number of action figures and continues to do so with a comic-based series of figures sold under the name of the film. The comic-based figures include a number of Iron Man suits, as well as a few of his villains. Also included in this set is a War Machine figure. For those of us who weren't lucky enough to snag the film version of this hero for their kids, this comic concept character is a much welcomed surprise.
The figure features two retractable and rotatable canons that rest on War Machine's back when not being used to decimate enemies. Also included are two firing blasts that slip over the ends of the two canons on War Machine to look like he is firing them. A base and the standard card set that comes with all of the figures in this series is also included. As with this entire series, War Machine's articulation is limited. This is the primary drawback for the figure. Other than that, he's a great pick up if you missed the film-based one when it was initially released. Highly recommended to fans of War Machine and/or the kids who love Iron Man and all of his allies and villains. |
