I've tried this for a couple of weeks and I can assure you, this egg works! I use them along with Expand your hand bands and the result is very noticeable.

I started using them because my hand is a little small for the front brake lever of my big twin bike and was experiencing some problems on hard breaking....my problems started to fade away, sometimes I got myself surprised becauase of the strength I've earned...thanks IronMind!

I love the Ironmind egg. I've bought two of them for home and office use. I got slight carpal tunnel syndrome due to typing and use these eggs everyday. I've also seen improvements when doing free weights and pull ups. Great product.
