Book Description

Long ago, the World of Calliome was sundered by mortals. Since the Healing of the World, magic and fae folk returned, and primeval wonders of the ancient world began to resurface, along with long-forgotten horrors that dwell deep in the bowels of the earth.

A year after assuming the mantle of Twilight Overlord, Sarvesh is on the verge of making sweeping changes to Twilight Dungeon and ushering in a new era of peaceful coexistence with the surfacers. The leader of the oroqs, however, is determined to fight him, and when the volcano in which they all reside erupts, Sarvesh must come face-to-face with his forgotten past.

Meanwhile, the life Tasha and Lorelei are trying to build in Celtangate is shaken when the sibling of a dead companion comes looking for her brother, and they must all travel back to Twilight Dungeon to deal with the legacy of their past and help make a better world for all who live there.

Iron Fist of the Oroqs is the thrilling sequel to Wings of Twilight and the conclusion of The Foundation of Drak-Anor duology.

About the Author

Hans started writing fantasy when he was 17. That partial manuscript still exists, locked away in a safe place where no one will ever see it. Since then, he has been honing his craft. He grew up in Indiana, Germany, and Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Indiana University in 2006. While writing has always been a part of his life, Hans has worn many hats in his life, from burger flipper, to retail drone, to corneal excision technician, and production coordinator for a small trade organization. He currently fits in writing in between working his day job and playing role-playing games, watching films, reading, being a foodie and finding the perfect balance between fueling himself with caffeine and sugar and not gaining weight while doing it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Follow Up! December 22, 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I say that this is a great follow up to Wings of twilight. Great story and even greater action with battles descriptions that rival RA Salvatore in my humble opinion. Can't wait for the next book to come out!

5.0 out of 5 stars Iron Fist of the Oroqs September 21, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Iron Fist of the Orocs follows up where Wings of Twilight ended, and i must say Mr. Cummings seems to be on to something here, with light yet good stories and we, the readers, get to see the point of view from the so-called evil races in the world, who are in fact just misunderstood and unfortunate in their earlier leadership, since all they really want these days is to be left in peace, or even friendship with the "good" races. Keep up the good work, looking forward to the next installment in the founding of Drak-Anor.

4.0 out of 5 stars Credible world - readable names - good read September 3, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
If you want to submerge yourself in a Sci-fi book that has good action, with page-turning chapter endings and descriptive writing like, "the fountain of lava subsided forming a new crust...." you'll like this book.

It also helps that the names are readable and the plot is interesting.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great continuation of "Wings of Twilight"! August 7, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Iron Fist of the Oroqs is a great continuation of Wings of Twilight!
All I can say is that Mr. Cummings have done it again.
It more or less continues where Wings of Twilight ends, open up in a hilarious mix-up of events that of course ends up with strange happenings in the vein of Pratchett.
I can't wait for the next book about the World of Calliome.
