Took a while longer to ship than I wanted, but I like the product.
Both of these really give you a good upper body workout and they are very portable. Great deal for the money!

I ordered this product in December 2010 twice, so I could give it to two of my sons as Christmas presents. The company only sent the push up part of the combo (push up grips and pull up bar) for each order, and NEVER sent the pull up bars. I contacted the company about it and received no reply.
