This is a great bargain; it looks and feels like a more expensive lamp-- heavy iron and patterned glass. I took the advice of the other customers' reviews, and I couldn't be happier.

I finally found these at my local Target - got the last two! They are so solidly made and have the look of much more expensive lamps. In fact, I took back 2 lamps to Lamps Plus that weren't nearly as nice as these. Plus, together they cost 2/3 of the price of one lamp at another retailer.

The lamp arrived within a couple of days of ordering. It was very easy to assemble. And I agree with another reviewer, it looks more expensive. It's beautiful and classic. The light is soft and not harsh. All in all, it's a wonderful piece.
