I bought this base to keep my ball in one place. It does that quite well. It is nice to have this if you intend on having an alternative to a regular chair. When you are working at your desk you can count on being in one place. Also it's snap to put it together and it's very sturdy.

I have problems with stability on the ball exercises. When I found this I thought I would give it a shot because I was close to giving up on my exercises all together. It really holds the ball and I can still sit comfortably on it! I would recommend someone with nimble fingers be around to help put it together when you get, this its relatively easy to put together its just the last piece has to fit into two pieces at the same time and its awkward. For someone with back problems that has to do ball exercises, this really does make a difference in my comfort level!

got this for my husband...he loves it. very good, also use this to hold the ball in place and use it as an extra chair.

I bought this for my grandson. He's 14 and rough on things. I thought he could use the exercise base to keep his ball in one spot while gaming. He's also tall and likes to stretch on the ball. Once again, keeping it stable for exercises is great. If you don't like to roll around and have a spot to keep your ball, or use your ball as a desk chair, I recommend this product. Smooth and good base for exercise balls.

This here is great for the price. This Base is very sturdy and holds up very well. It is also great working with resistant ropes and resistant bands. The base is a definate must if you have already purchased your Stability Ball.

I use 2 of these in my fitness center to keep the balls from rolling around the gym. They are very sturdy and easy to put together. I highly recommend this product.

This item works well in keeping the ball from rolling away from you when you don't want it to.
