I purchased this recumbent bike April 2010. It arrived in a damaged box and after inspection the wiring harness was damaged. It is being returned. In a follow-up email to Amazon, I learned that this unit was discontinued in 2008 and that Treadmill Doctor is selling off the remaining units. It is not worth the price.

This review is from: Ironman 1745 Recumbent Bike (Sports)
Purchased on 11/21/2010 for family member for physical therapy after total knee replacements . During assembly I discovered that the electronics unit had a crack completely across the front surface. It works but is difficult to read and for $700+ I expected the unit to be undamaged. I immediately called customer support and was connected to a recorded message said that no one was available and to leave a message. Tried next day I sent the same information via e-mail. Repeated calls since always connect to voice mail. As of 12/25/2010 have been unable to contact Ironman customer support. The unit is what was advertised and has several programs with adjustable resistance levels. If you want or expect customer support I suggest select a different manufacturer.
