Overall, the treadmill is very sturdy and runs great but be advised that this is more China bs. Mine came with no instructions on how to assemble but I figured out how to put it together. I called the customer service number and got one emailed to me then got annoyed when I had to call them again because one of the cheap bolts to hold the deck up broke. I was told to call amazon since I bought it there. That just annoys me, but every company does it now. More on the United States of China to come
