I'm using these gloves as bicycle gloves, and find them well-suited to the task. They come out when the temperature is between about 45 and 80F.

Visibility: This was a prime consideration for me on the bike. These gloves deliver, although the palms are nondescript grey, so really only the back of your hand is highly visible. The orange color is bright, although after a year is already visibly fading from sun exposure. This is expected, and I don't feel it detracts from the usefulness of the gloves.

Durability: They have, so far, held up perfectly. I ended up leaving the velcro strap permanently closed, to avoid wearing it out -- there's elastic holding the strap to the body of the glove, which gives enough to get my hand through without feeling like it's going to fall off. This elastic will presumably wear out at some point, but again, this is expected. I haven't crashed with them, but they'll do well enough if pressed. I don't expect them to be too useable after a solid crash, but all I need is protection the one time.

Environmental considerations: These are not warm gloves. If anything, they're nicely ventilated thanks to the knit back. Definitely spring and fall fare for me. I ride in rain infrequently, and although these gloves don't keep the rain out, they do dry out pretty quickly (for gloves). I've washed them in the washing machine (as advertised) and they came out just fine.

Overall, these gloves are exactly what I was expecting. They're lightweight, they're visible.

These are decent gloves for biking, but don't have as much padding as "real" biking gloves. The left one has some kind of seam in the palm that seems like it would get irritating on long rides, but it's tolerable for my 30 minute commute.

Size seems to run a little small, I usually wear a medium size glove, but these feel a little tight.

For the price I paid, I'm satisfied with them, but I think I'll end up replacing them before too long.

I bought two pair of these gloves for riding my bicycle at night. The reflectivity is good, but you still need lights! (duh). My theory is that you can't have too much passive reflectivity on a dark rainy night. And reflective gloves help cars see your hand signals.

These gloves seen to run small in size, so order the next size up. They have almost no padding so not great for a really long ride on rough roads. The temperature range for me is 40F to 60F. They wash up easily. They are as good as any other bicycle glove in a crash, (see my photo) so I may try a tougher glove next time. They are not water resistant as the fabric between the fingers and back is a knit.

So three stars for good, not special.
