My wife enjoys landscaping. It only took a few hours with these gloves for a hole to develop at the finger. The fabric is "weak chix" ... made for sissy girls. If you like to wear pink and look like you are busy doing real work, these are the gloves for you. If you are an actual Tuff Chix, then don't waste your money on these.

Previously I had a pair of Youngstown size small gloves. They fit great but the finger tips wore out pretty fast. I thought I'd try these out based on the good reviews & the price. Mistake!

I am floored by how poorly these are made. The right hand pointer finger is not sewn correctly. It twists so that at the top of the finger the seam is on the finger rather than along side the finger. That seam will not last. To add insult to injury these are huge! I ordered a size small & a size small is what arrived. I can wear another pair of gloves inside these gloves! That is how big they are! On top of that despite having a pair of gloves under this pair, the fingers are still too long & the gloves slide down my hand to my wrist making matters worse. The elastic around the wrist is a joke. Without the pair of gloves under these gloves the elastic hangs around my wrist, it doesn't even grip it. It barely grips with another pair of gloves underneath. I can literally bend the tips of the finger down they are so long. The pinkie finger is crazy long. They have padding but it could be a lot better. I am going to save these for Winter use since I can fit gloves for warmth underneath. Wearing them is uncomfortable due to the long fingers & constant need to pull the gloves up. I don't want to use them, but I don't want to throw them out either. I doubt they will hold up past one Winter so at least I wont have to suffer them too long.

I was going to rate these 1 star, but they are better (for padding) then the Mechanics Wear brand which are ultra thin, too big & don't last. So these are just barely better than them. I just ordered another pair of Youngstown gloves. I know they will wear out but at least they fit & have excellent padding & features geared towards women!

I work in retail as an inventory manager. I purchased these gloves to use when I pull in loads. They fit my hands nicely and worked well for a while. While stacking wooden pallets, one of the fingertips ripped open. The fabric around the tips isn't too thick, so I wouldn't recommend these for any heavy duty work. Otherwise, they are pretty nice.

I bought these gloves thinking they would be high quality (since they were quite expensive as far as work gloves are concerned). They are "pretty", but not functional at all for what I wanted to wear them for. They are very thin and have little padding except for the palm and the knuckles, which is very thin there, as well. I started out using them to work in the yard, but they immediately filled with dirt and it got under my nails. Not good for setting bricks in sand, for the same reason. Then I thought I'd use them to mow the lawn, but they weren't much good at easing my grip, with no padding. They might be okay to wear while pounding in a few nails, but definitely not for yard or garden work. These made in China gloves will be replaced as soon as they wear out, which I figure won't be too long. I can't figure out why they cost so much.

I really like these gloves, at 140 lbs and 5'8" I simply don't fit into men sizing for gloves unless I want to lose the ability to deal with small sizes and detailed work. However these haven't held up as well as my maleco-workers golves. These are lighter duty so if you plan on rebuilding an engine I'd try the Mechaniz wear women's golves instead. For day to day work in drililng operations these have protected my hands. One pair lasted 3 months, another pair lasted 9 months. I wish other colors were available. Every women's tool is pink. I have news for you, the construction workers and rig hands already know we're women, I don't need to wear 100% pink every day. black is gender neutral and would be appreciated. Also the large plastic "tough chick" detail on the back of the hand is un-necessary. It doesn't other me or my hands, but again, they already know I'm a girl, do we need to advertise it more loudly?

My girlfriend and I own a yard mowing and landscaping company and she has always had trouble finding gloves that 1) Fit 2) are comfortable and 3) don't have flowers or butterflies on them. She absolutely loves these gloves, and they fit her smaller hands perfectly (ordered the small size) A great purchase and will order more when these eventually wear out.

Long in the fingers, not enough cushion in the areas where there should be like the areas that get callouses and blisters. Yes, I got both even though I wore these. Next time I'll shop for quality and not color. They did however help to get the jobs done.

I really love these gloves-- I use them for operating tools in the wood shop and they prevent me from getting blisters. I wanted pretty pink gloves that actually fit my hand, and these fit me perfectly. I would give it 5 stars, but I really hate the stupid logo, how it says "Tuff Chix" on it. It seems a little mocking. I blacked mine out with a permanent marker.
