This product does what it's supposed to do, but I did not like the fact that the top fabric was not sewn tightly enough onto the backing, so it bunches up - especially near the edges. While ironing, I had to shift my clothes, etc. away from the bunched up areas and that made it harder to use. I also would have appreciated a more "sticky" backing as it slides around a bit while you're ironing.

Sooo if you're planning on using this on business trips for your clothes or something along those lines, don't. They only reason I am not sending this back is because 1) it's not worth the price of shipping and 2) I can still use a corner of it for sewing little bags and such (small projects). It looks like a really bad baby-changing mat. There is waay too much material and no way to make it nice and flat. There are these huge wrinkles in it (and ironically enough you can't just iron them out!) as if they made it with too much material so that you could fold it up easily. Like I said, it's okay for the small projects that I do, but absolutely horrible for anything larger than a couple of inches.

I was a little leery about getting this based on some of the reviews. However, I'm glad I bought it. Mine also came with lots of wrinkles from being packaged. The first time I used it, I put in on a table and steam pressed my items. Voila! -- wrinkles gone. It's perfect for using in my crafting area. I can keep it out of the way and very quickly grab it when I need to. The only thing I don't like it is that it's a bit thick and spongy. But I think after several uses, it will probably compress a bit.

I keep this on top of my dryer. It works great for touching up collars, pocket flaps, and clothes that don't need to look especially crisp. If there was a way to keep it from sliding around I would rate it 5 stars. I hate to lug out the full-sized ironing board.

I am limited for space in my apartment and don't have room for a regular ironing board. This great little guy transforms the bed or the kitchen table or even the floor into ironing space! It's awesome.

The ironing blanket is just what I've been looking for. I can use it on top of my washing machine for small, quick jobs. Not as steady on the enameled top as I's have liked, but I make it work.

This is a wonderful thing to have handy for my cutting table for a quick press away from the ironing board. It would also be handy for my adult daughter who doesn't have room for an ironing board and uses a towel on her kitchen table.

I am not one to iron very often so I don't want an ironing board. This product works great for me since it folds up neatly and doesn't take up much space. I've used it a few times and it has worked just fine.

Just recently received this ironing blanket. Have been using it to touch up the collars on my husbands polo's after they come out of the dryer, some of them curl up. I actually bought it to use for when I sew, I can press out seams etc. I'm also going to make my own bias tape so I can iron it out on this mat as I make it. I notice some said the ironing blanket slid around, just put a jar, can or something to weight it down on one or two corners if that happens.

this is perfect for my craft room.... I don't want to leave an ironing board out all the time, so I just plunk this down on the table and iron my little heart out. PERFECT!!
