5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent deal., November 20, 2005
This review is from: Ironman 220r Recumbent Exercise Bike (Sports)
This bike is sturdy, comfortable, silent, nicely finished, and fully customizable. It feels like the professional one that I once used in the gym. I was positively surprised with the high quality of the parts, given its relatively low price. Assembling involves a little bit of patience, even if the instructions are clear, in part because some parts are strongly built and use a good deal of metal, therefore are somewhat heavy. The seat is comfortable and the handles are correctly placed. There are only three downsides: the computer, despite being fully capable, has a relatively small screen that looks cheap, there are no pulse sensors on the side handles, and there is no input for connecting an external pulse sensor. Except for that, it is a really fine machine.

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid and effective, May 1, 2009

I bought this recumbent exercise bike about three years ago and it's holding up great. Between the two of us, my wife and I use it at least six times a week, and other than recently tightening a couple of bolts this thing is as solid and reliable as you can get in this price range. Well worth the investment.
