Excellent Product
The Ironman Roll-Up Exercise mat is an excellent product. I currently use it as a yoga mat. It's non-slip surface aids in my exercise and the thicker than normal padding cushions my knees.

Exercise Mat
Great product, the mat cushion's you on the floor. One recommendation is that if you have animals this is not the mat for you. My two cats hair is sticking to the mat all the time.

It's excellent. The width and length is larger than most exercise mats, which is great for us tall folks! Also, it's lightweight and easy to store, doesn't take up much space. It works for traditional exercises and most yoga positions as well; it can be slightly slippery if you're doing a standing balancing posture. Ironman Roll-Up Exercise Mat 24" x 72"
This mat is the most convenient I have ever used. It sets up very easy and stows in a small space. After un-rolling there is very little roll-back. The mat stays in place when in use -- even on a hardwood floor. I strongly recommend this product.

This mat did not work for me in my pilates class. It was very slippery and has no traction plus it kept sliding around on the floor and would not roll flat. Maybe for a general exercise class but definitely not as a sticky mat.

I purchased this mat for my husband's birthday about 6 months ago. It's turned out to be a great mat, even if it doesn't get as much use as I hoped. The best part of the mat is that it has a good amount of cushioning so that our knees don't hurt when using it on our wood floor. Also, it rolls up nicely and we haven't had a problem with the ends curling. My husband uses it with an ab wheel. The wheel leaves slight indentations in the mat after use, but the indentations disappear after a little while. The only thing I would change would be to make it longer so that my husband wouldn't have to scoot so far back on it when using his ab wheel.
