Unable to rate because I'm sure it is an excellent book, but unfortunately, although it is what I ordered, it is not what I received. What I received instead is something called "The Irving Stone Reader", despite the fact that "sticker" on the back insisted that it was "Irving Stone: 3 complete novels."
The "Irving Stone Reader" contains about 22 articles, short stories and excerpts from the three books I ordered, i.e. "LUST FOR LIFE," "THE PRESIDENT'S LADY" and "THE AGONY AND THE ECSTASY." Maybe this entry will elicit a response from Amazon Customer Service. |
