The Irwin Speedbor 13-Piece Drill Bit Set features a patented micro-groove cutting edges and spurs to produce smoother hole finishes. This double spur design scribes the hole before the chips are made, producing a cleaner hole and reducing vibration. The power drill wood boring bits are forged into one piece from special tool steel, heat-treated for extra overall strength. This 13-piece set includes bit sizes ranging between 1/4-inch to 1-inch-by-1/16ths. A 1/4-inch hex shank fits all drills and 1/4-inch quick change adapters.

Great Drill Bit Set,

I am in the process of building a new deck. I purchased the Irwin 13 Piece set for this project. I used my impact drill and went through 4" of pressure treated lumber in seconds. Drilled many holes and the bits are still like new.
