Hopefully this insightful book by Dr. John Whyte will not be his last!
Dr. Whyte is the chief medical consultant for the Discovery Channel and Dr. Ornish is an authority on cardiovascular health and preventive medicine.
I found this book to be extremely well written, easy to understand, very concise, very readably as well as informative.
