Editorial Reviews

Review

"If you are looking for a book that will help you improve every area of your life, this is it. Cleverly conceived and written, you will love every minute of it!" --Dr. Daniel Drubin, Author of "Letting Go Of Your Bananas."

"Witty, practical, and spot-on! This book narrows down the fundamental symptoms of an out-of-control life in the 21st century. Dr. Madow's realistic yet hysterical 'diagnoses' helped me overcome barriers to success that I didn't even know I had. Anyone struggling to lead a balanced and enjoyable life in this day and age must read this book!" --Sarah Schultz, MA, CPC, Founder, New Heights Life Coaching

"Getting things done while maintaining life balance requires honest self-evaluation with a large dose of humor. Dr. Madow has achieved both in his wonderfully written book 'Is Your Frog Boiling?' It's a must-read for all of us who feel the heat but lack the tools to get out of the pot." --Gary Zelesky, internationally acclaimed speaker and author of "The Passion Centered Professional"

"Fantastic! This book is an incredible resource for living the best possible life, plus it was so much fun to read. I have never read a self-help book before where the information was so easy to apply. Lots of life-changing information presented in a format that kept me interested and laughing. Highly recommended."

I just started reading this book and when I got it I already knew the answer to the question on the front cover...Yes my "frog was boiling." BUT, just after days of reading Dr. Madow's advice, I can already feel a difference in the temperature of my "frog". I think this book can be beneficial to all frogs at all temperatures and I plan to share this wonderful advice I've found with my friends and family.
