Same flavor and consistency as brands that cost 30 percent more in the supermarket. A few dented cans in each carton but contents are not affected, so it's not an issue.

I enjoy hearts of palm. My favorite brand is Goya, and these aren't quite as good or as soft, but they are tasty and I would rate them above average.

We just love these hearts of palm right out of the can as a snack. I guess they would be good in a salad too, but they never get that far in our home. They are low calorie and taste great. Highly recommended!
