The book takes the subject of implementing a management system to comply with ISO 9000 and makes it easy to understand in common sense business terms. There seems to be a real effort to make ISO 9000 relevant to business improvement. I found the book quite useful and full of helpful hints.

The authors approach to ISO 9000 is very refreshing. The ISO "roadmap" graphically represents how the standard applies to a company and makes good sense.The implementation approach is clear and really adds value. |
