A GOOD TRAINING TOOL
The ISO 9001:2000 Document Development Manual is a comprehensive document to transform the existing systems manuals and applicable procedures to new requirements without spending to much efforts.

Not worth it
This book is little more than a regurgitation of the ISO 9001:2000 standard as it applied to documents. The templates on CD and identical to those seen in the book, are not equipped with any e-form features and are minimal.
