I purchased this product since I have been chewing my fingernails for years. I figured if I had something to keep my hands busy, I wouldn't chew anymore. The Isokinetics Hand Exerciser Squeeze Ball worked really well for me this way.
Pros:
+Cheap - if you were to find one of these in a physical therapy store, I guarantee they'd be expensive. Thanks Amazon!
+Extra firm - it seems I will never have enough hand strength for this ball not to work.
+Bouncy - if you get tired of squeezing it, it can serve as a fairly impressive bouncy ball too!
+Easy cleaning - Soap and water are all you need if you're going to clean it.

Cons:
-Bouncy - Although this is a good thing, it's bad too. If you happen to drop this ball, expect to chase after it. For this point, the egg shaped might work better since it would stop bouncing more quickly.
-Black - because it's color is so dark, make sure you know where it is. A few times it's bounced away from me and been a struggle to find since it blends in to dark carpet.

I ordered this because of weakness in my fingers. I spend a lot of time typing, and my index finger was starting to have numbness/weakness. I did several of the recommended exercises and noticed improvement in just a couple of days. It's perfect for isolating the problems in your hands and fingers and helping correct them gently. I would certainly recommend to any friend of mine who was having hand problems.

I bought the black ball and enjoyed using it. I didn't realize it was only 2", after about a week I had already lost it in my room. The balls will easily bounce off to the corners of your house. The resistance of the black ball was as expected. I have larger hands and the small ball wasn't a problematic, but I would've preferred something a bit larger. Compared to some of the grip balls filled with sand or beads that tend to break after a month of use, these will last a lifetime (if you don't lose it). The material makes them easy to clean as well. Overall, I like them, just wish they were bigger!

This is a great stress ball to work on my anxiety and stress. I got the extra soft and soft and they are just perfect. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the texture is sticky, any time I drop the ball it ends up picking up some of my 3 pets' hair. Even though I vacuum all of the time, any time you drop it, stuff gets on it especially hair if you have pets. And while it is easy to wash off, I just wish it wasn't so sticky because having to wash the ball any time I drop it is kind of a hassle.
But what I like about the texture is that it is long lasting and you'll have it forever cause it won't break.

The Isokinetics Hand Exerciser balls are very well made, and have a good resistance level. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to strengthen their hand and wrist muscles and improve dexterity.

I bought the extra firm ball, looking for something that would keep my hand busy because i fidget a lot. This ball is excellent for that. I also play the guitar and it helps with strength building. It is also fun to bounce on a desk.

These balls really help to loosen up my tight hands and are helping me gain greater strength because of the resistence.

I have large hands and I can't exercise my whole hand at one time. I have to use two fingers at a time and the thumb separately. It works, but I would rather have something that I can exercise my whole hand at one time. I find the green ball to be a good starter resistance even though is rated as medium resistance.

I bought the Black Squeeze Ball - Extra Firm. I primarily use it as a stress reliever at the office and it serves it's purpose well. The texture of the item is interesting...almost skin like which provides it good traction. The firmness is good as well as I worried that Extra Firm may be to rigid, it surely is not. The squeeze ball also serves the dual purpose of a bouncy ball which I can throw off the wall and bounce on the floor with ease. So not only does it relieve stress as I squeeze it in frustration, but also when I throw it at the wall in disgust or my co-workers in annoyance.

Great item overall!

These ball hand exercisers work very well, and are fun to use.
