I ordered these gloves to send to a friend oversees, so my getting them off on there way was a "time sensitive" situation. When I got them in the mail, I looked them over (of course,) and was quite disappointed to discover they were not fleece-lined, as I'd ordered. Had it not been urgent that I send them on their way, I would've returned them for replacement of what I'd truly ordered and paid for. Granted, mistakes happen - that's human. And I strongly 'suspect' the company would've corrected the error and sent me the right ones.
