This project and its successor ("Israeli Moments II - I Have a Dream") successfully encapsules the different, exciting and difficult aspects of Israel today. 17 Directors where asked to direct 3-minute films about life in Israel, resulting in a collage of beautiful gems, well worth watching.

In this movie, you will get the filling that the movie makers use the media as weapon and a speaker, they do it in a very delicate and sophisticated ways: ocumentaries, animation, satire and personal statments. This variety is a faithful reflection of the almost unbearable complexity of our feelings and interpretations, as Israelis, to the present reality.

This movie is a mixture of 17 differentr point of views about Israel with 17 different genres and tates it felt as if this film is a definite and important of Israel and its people. A must to anyone who has a special place for Israel in his heart.
