RICHARD E. DARILEK (Ph.D., History, 1973, Princeton University) is a RAND employee.

BRUCE R. PIRNIE (Ph. D., Modern History, Rupprecht-Karl Universit„t, Heidelberg, Germany) is a Senior Analyst at RAND, Washington, D.C. Research areas include modeling and special operations forces. Dr. Pirnie contributed to development of the RAND Strategy Assessment System, a global model of nuclear and conventional conflict that led to the current RAND Joint Integrated Contingencies Model.

John Gordon IV (Currently enrolled in the Public Policy PhD program at George Mason University) is a RAND researcher.

Leland T. Joe (Ph.D., Operations Research, UCLA, 1978) is an associate director, Force Development and Technology Program, Arroyo Center, RAND.

WALTER LEO PERRY (Ph.D., Information Technology, 1991, School of Information Technology, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA) is a senior operations research specialist, RAND, Washinton, DC.
