5.0 out of 5 stars Another Internet Law Primer, August 31, 2007
By

The Internet is not lawless. If you use the Internet you need to understand at least the basic rules. I've read to many forum posts asking simple copyright questions, blog comments harassing others, clueless cybersquatters -- all which can result in large lawsuits.

The book works well as a textbook, reference, and primer for Internet laws. It's broken down into six parts. Each chapter ends with a summary, notes, and quiz.

5.0 out of 5 stars Top-notch and to the point for the layman, August 16, 2008

(REAL NAME)
This is a top-notch book written for the webmaster. Although it deals with the complex legal issues surrounding the internet, it is written in layman's terms and illustrated with "ripped from the headlines" court cases.

Anyone creating a website, blog or overseeing one should read this book first.
