I was hoping to find a buying guide to help me learn how to value rugs and make a smart purchase. This book isn't it.I enjoyed reading the book. It talks about the history of the rugs and areas to buy them, even specific stores. The information is interesting and easy to read. There are a ton of full color pictures, so the book is worth what you pay for it.
