A strong work of art from a Turkish Master !,

Mustafa Sandal's CD, Iste, is a beautifully crafted vocal and instrumental accomplishment. Mustafa vocalizes in both Turkish and English on this specific CD and does so with vim and vigor! Gel Askim is absolutely the best cut on this particular album. Also, most impressive was the instrumental piece at the finale of the album, Ozetle. The string section bespeaks of the heavenly sounds of the Middle East, adhering to both traditional and novel musical movements and orchestrations. Istanbul was brought to life, once again, when I heard Iste for the first time. Highly recommended for all.
