The sizing on this NEEDS to be shown on Amazon's website! The binder is okay--it is pretty breathable, but it's also pretty big. I am 6'3", 200 #s, 42-43L, 38W, and it's big on me. Must be an XL and what I really needed was an L.

I have looked everywhere for a great binder for my husband. This one is great - it doesn't roll and isn't uncomfortable for an all day wear. It is barely noticable under a white button down shirt (with undershirt). I'm so glad I found this for him. Great support, he is very pleased.

Purchased this item for use when moving heavy items or doing a lot of lifting (like moving stacks of hay all day). I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica, and this helps from straining your back while working. Also helps around the house if you are having lower back pain as it helps supports the muscles in the back. The item works as hoped for and is well constructed. Washable and seems to hold up nicely over time.

I cant complain to much. It was a cheaper than most other products like this out there so you get what you pay for. It rolls and isnt the best support but it does ok. if you want more quality you will have to go with a more expensive brand. it was delivered when it was supposed to be.

This Belt is very thin with possibly cheap material. It bunches up.

I purchase another one on the internet manufactured by Universal Surgical. That one
was thicker, doesn't bunch up and provides more support.

I just use this one as a back up. The other cost around $10.00 more but was worth it.

I bought a Large size hernia belt my waist is a 34 it fits comfortably.This belt does help ease the discomfort until I can get the hernia operation done.I recommend this belt for anyone who is in the same situation I am.

The only complaint I had was this item ITA-MED Elastic Abdominal Binder, 3 Panels, still manages to roll at the top and the bottom. Perhaps if plastic inserts were inserted it would stop it. IAnyone who isn't flat as a board, or has a bit of roll around their waistline - it will roll... but all in all, it is worth it. You can breathe and wrap it as tight or loose as you want. See, I lost a lot of weight... as a male my breast need to be surgically reduced I can not afford it... so I use this... it would work for transgender females to males too... until your chest surgery was done... It's great for the waistline but if you aren't flat and have any rolls tires on the sides it will roll. Also, guys with a small beer belly... it would make oyu look great! Just make the size chart larger and more easier to click on... delivery is fast!

The belt is easy to take on and off and there is no roll. But the material is very, very stiff, so there is little give. Unlike a compression garmet, it does not conform to your body. Instead, it almost feels like a work out belt. After a few hours, it becomes very uncomfortable. The thickness of the material also adds unwanted bult - making you look bigger, not smaller. I used it once and put it on the shelf.

no where could I find measurements for the sizes - there is no opoint buying one which wont work. also dissappointed it could not be shipped to canada, as I knew others who wanted one when I ordered.
