This book is absolutely wonderful! It provides easy to follow recipes that are some of the best Italian dishes I have ever tasted. This book is all about pasta and the recipes are traditional and tasty, yet unique. I particulaly enjoyed the Maccheroni Della Costa Viola and the Lasagna Dell 'Adriatico. I also loved the section of simple pasta sauces. They are so tasty! I learned not only how to make delicious Italian food, but also about Italy and its people. Ms. Donato brings to life the food and shares her passion for cooking out of love. Being Italian myself, I found this to be extremely authentic and not Americanized at all. The cook book is also paperback and relatively small, not at all bulky. I really enjoyed this book and am happy to have found it. I recommend it highly, keep up the good work Ms. Donato!

fantastic cookbook! The recipes are all very very good and also easy to make.These are certantly authentic recipes from the heart of Italy!
