I DONT OFTEN DO REVIEWS, BUT I FELT THAT I HAD TO WITH THIS ITEM . THIS 2 DISC DVD SET TELLS THE STORY OF THE ITALIANS COMING TO AMERICA AND BLENDING INTO THE MELTING POT OF WHAT WE CALL THE UNITED STATES AND AT THE SAME TIME NOT LOSING THEIR HERITAGE, CULTURE, AND PASSION FOR LIFE. I HAVE WATCHED THIS PROGRAM MANY TIMES AND DO NOT GET TIRED OF WATCHING IT AS IT REMINDS ME OF MY ITALIAN FAMILY LIVING IN BROOKLYN AND HEARING THE STORIES OF GROWING UP FROM MY GRANDPARENTS WHO HAVE SINCE PASSED SOME TIME AGO. THIS DVD SET SHOULD BE SEEN BY ALL ITALIAN AMERICANS AS A REMINDER OF WHO WE ARE AND WHERE WE CAME FROM AND TO NOT FORGET THOSE WHO HAVE COME HERE BEFORE US TO MAKE A BETTER LIVES FOR THE REST !!
