Caviar De Venise: This farm raised caviar has the fragrance and aroma of the finest caviar available anywhere. Until recently only the most fortunate caviar lovers were able to experience the taste of this wonderful product. It is produced in Northern Italy under the most pristine of conditions. While, wild caviar can only be harvested twice a year and then must be heavily salted for preservation, this particular caviar is extracted many times throughout the year and requires only about three percent salting - making it akin to a true malossol.
