Excellent, easy recipes - new Italian cook, not new cook,

Don't let the 'for Beginners' put you off - it's more for the new Italian cook than the beginning cook. Has basic techniques (how to cook Risotta) and a good glossary, but, more, has a bunch of great, easy recipes. We found it at the library, took it out and liked it so much we bought it.

This seller's attention to detail is superb. The book arrived packaged in protective covers with help hints to remove any stickers and a few little extras. The item arrived quicker than expected. I would definitely purchase from them again !! As far as the cookbook goes, I've owned this book for years and love the recipes so much that I bought additional for gifts. Don't let the 'beginners' in the title be a turn off, the recipe are excellent!
