After all the confusion trying to track down this gem of a dictionary (and I'm sure it's been difficult, if you've made to this page, reading this review), you're finally here! The price is worth it, although you may use it so often you'll need to buy more than one copy (as my wife's Italian teacher has...three, in fact, by now mostly held together by rubber bands...). Sadly out of print, and hard to find in the 'States, you may be able to find copies in Europe at used-book dealers, or if you're lucky, somewhere online. Also, many college libraries have copies, but owning this magnificent book is well worth the time and money it takes to find one.
And the other reviewer is right: this is truly the "king of kings" of Italian dictionaries.

Very complete and accurate. If you need an extraordinary Italian Dictionary then this may be your best - if you can afford it.
