This is one of the best car games i have ever played. I bought this for me and my cousin while they are visiing here, and now everyone in my family wants to play! Even my 5 year old cousin. Its a great game for all ages especially teens. Some of the missions in story mode are hard and really frustrating. But the multiplayer is great. THIS IS A MUST BUY!

In my opinion, this game sucks. The way the cars handle in the in game are not very realistic and if you get TOUCHED by two police cars. You fail even if they don't have you boxed in. You hit head on with one police cars and before you can take off, a second cars comes up and hits you making you fail. What really sucks is that there is three sections per stage and you go back to the beginning of the stage even if you fail on the last section. They don't have anything where you can customize your car. If you want a racing game, buy need for speed. Don't waste your money on this game.

I love this game about as much as I loved the movies (both the 1969 Michael Caine original and the 2003 Mark Wahlberg version). I admit I have trouble getting the stunt courses completed well enough to pass, but the difficult I have just makes it more fun!

The Italian Job,

Any game that enables you to speed a MINI Cooper down a flight of stairs then watch as the two cop cars chasing you crash head-on into a mangled mess can't be half bad... The cut scenes through Story mode look like they were thrown together at the last second, however, as they are sometimes nothing more than flyover footage of a building while you listen to the voiceover...Considering this is a game cinematic based on a feature film, it's extremely disappointing, especially since the first cut scene you're given is perfectly interwoven with both footage from the game and the movie. The game developers had an awesome opportunity to incorporate more of this actual film footage to guide you through the caper, but for whatever reason (most likely time), decided to go with the shorter, cheaper scenes of buildings I already described. When you take a turn at top speed and get your MINI on two tires as you slide between oncoming traffic, you really do feel the rush of excitement. But it's still tough to recommend The Italian Job as anything more than a rental...

This game was really exciting but there is no realism, you have poor cut scenes, the campaign hardly resembles the movie, the cars all act quite similar, from the supercar to the truck, the stunt courses are extremely difficult, the racing has quite a number of bugs in it. But still this was one of the first games i owned and i loved it the excitement was great and my mum and dad even joined in. Its old now but i really feel like promoting it. If your a hardcore gamer you'll find too much wrong with this game to enjoy it, i had fun with it anyway.
