The music box I purchased from SienaJulia is beutiful. It was packed well and was housed in its own box within the packing container. Within its box, the music box came inside a red felt bag. Very nice! There was an error in my package ID and I contracted SienaJulia. They were very very nice and helpful - they got me the correct tracking number.The only negative I experienced with this order was with UPS. UPS delivered the package to my neighbor's house - NOT - my house. Seems my neighbor got four packages and the UPS person just included my package in the bundle. I have my package because I was listening for the truck and watched it leave my caldesac. After that I noticed the packages on my neighbors porch, checked and there was mine also. In addition to this error, UPS also misdelivered two packages that were destined for my home on the 21st. The last three packages headed for my house have been delivered to the wrong house by UPS.
