I picked up the english version in Florence, It.
After trying several recipes, it has now become my main Italian Cookbook. The recipes are similar to dishes I had in Italy. I try to use all Italian ingredients which I purchase online and the results are quite good. I intend to try at least 80% of the recipes in this book. The photos of the dishes makes you want to try them.

I bought this book on a whim at the Pisa airport. LOVE IT! It has the most delicious authentic recipes. I am looking for others by Bonechi. I made the baked spaghetti (with sliced zuchini instead of the zuchini flowers) and it was fabulous. I do reccomend cooking the pasta for about 8 minutes though unless you really like aldente! A little extra white wine in the dish also makes it all the more yummy ;)
