4.0 out of 5 stars Glad we bought it May 7, 2010

We bought this tomato press for use with making Blackberry Jelly. It was much easier to render the juice from the berries than using a food mill. We were able to convert 4 quarts of berries to Jelly, completely jared and ready in 2 hours. Of course we think this product will work well with other types of berries and we are looking forward to making tomato products with it. It was very easy to clean. The only minimal problem we saw was some of the juice did run back through the handle but this was minimal. We also found the machine was a much cleaner operation and much easier on our hands. I would buy this again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome! May 12, 2010
By erelyn
Purchased this item to process garden tomatoes because I hate processing by hand. A few cranks and I had puree for making sauce. Seeds and skin out one side...good stuff out the other. Highly recommend for Faux Cooks like me :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Tomato Press Works Great August 5, 2010

This press works great for other things besides tomatoes. I have tried it for applesauce and apricots. I haven't gotten enough tomatoes yet to try them. It worked great on the fruit. For the price, I think it is a good product.

3.0 out of 5 stars Works but
a lot. Of work to operate , tomato leaks from hand stem. We found using for processor is better method. Does stick well on counter.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tomato(and Fruit) Press
I have already used this press to make pasta tomato sause and Jam. The suction cup seems to hold the unit in place securely. As to durability, I will have to further evaluate. Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple but perfect!
I've always borrowed my friend's Tomato Press just like this one. Had to buy one for myself. It works GREAT! Don't waste money buying a more expensive one. This one is perfect.
