IT'S MADE BY RAI, GREAT 2ND BOOK, IF YOU ALREADY GOT VOLUME 1, THEN GET THIS ONE, IF YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY OF THEM GET THE ONE CALLED IN ITALIANO, NO NUMBER 1 NOR 2, BECAUSE IT'S GOT BOTH VOLUMES IN ONE SINGLE BOOK!, REGARDS.

The ordering was very easy, and the book arrived in very good condition. I selected the cheapest mailing option, which normally takes a week or less to arrive. I was surprised to realize that the book took over ten days to reach me. This was within the specs described by the sender, but in any case I still thought over ten days for mailing a book within the US was too long.
