This stuff is not watered down with lower quality olive oils as many major brand names (claiming to be from Italy) do. So it is really an excellent buy. However, a better buy is the Italica Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 17-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3), which has not been available at Amazon for almost 3 years (sold for $14.65, but is now only from leeleebookshelf, for $375). I am baffled by its huge jump in price.
